We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Front-End Developer with extensive experience in Next.js and modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for bringing our design concepts to life, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy from Figma designs while maintaining best practices in front-end development. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in coding but also smart in designing the front end for maintainability and future scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interfaces from Figma design files with high precision and responsiveness using Next.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to front-end best practices while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Build reusable and scalable front-end components to optimize the development process and ensure ease of future changes or updates.
• Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration between design and technical implementation.
• Optimize applications for performance, focusing on load times, rendering, and scalability.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in the translation of design details and user interactions, ensuring the visual and interactive integrity of the project.
• Stay current with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continually improve the development process and the quality of our products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end performance, user experience, and compatibility.
• Continuously think ahead about future changes, coding in a way that makes the interface easy to adjust without major refactoring.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Next.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Proven track record of implementing designs from Figma or similar design tools with a high level of accuracy.
• Deep understanding of front-end best practices including responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
• Experience working on complex front-end projects with a focus on user interface, design consistency, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to write smart, modular, and scalable code that allows for easy modifications and updates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively about how to approach technical challenges.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
