In the context of our global expansion, we’re recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growth driven HR team and be part of LEYTON's success story.
Some key tasks are the following:
- Study and analysis of forecast recruitment needs;
- Disseminate job offers on recruitment channels (Linkedin, Rekrute..)
- Source and hunt profiles on available CV libraries while choosing the right sourcing channels;
- Manage the entire selection process: Telephone and physical interviews, test phase and job offer;
- Participation in the onboarding process of the new recruits;
- Maintain the various reports and monitor recruitment KPI’s;
- Participate in the development of the employer brand: recruitment events, communication on social networks, recruitment fairs...

- You will be part of a large team of talented recruiters that are learning and continuously expanding their comfort zone.
- You will collaborate with different stakeholders to recruit in different departments: Consulting engineers, marketing, finance, etc
You will thrive in this position if you have the following:
- Master's degree in Human Ressources or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a TA.
- Curious, you like to discover new things.
- Good communicator, you know how to create a link with your team, managers and candidates.
- Rigorous, you follow up on your needs and your candidates.
- Able to manage a large volume of recruitment and various tasks while respecting the allocated deadlines.
- Good Proficiency in English: written and verbal communication
